Fiduciary Services

• Enter into a contractual co-fiduciary relationship
• Review and update the Investment Policy Statement (IPS) as necessary
• Provide quarterly analysis and review of underlying investment options utilizing Fi360 for fiduciary process documentation
• Meet periodically to review quarterly analysis, conduct investment committee meeting, draft and maintain investment committee notes
• Provide recommendations for replacement funds as dictated by performance and IPS
• Conduct forensic fee analysis and benchmarking on an annual basis

Non-Fiduciary Services

• Provide participant education in the format required by plan sponsor (live and/or webinar)
• Serve as liaison to service providers (TPA, Record Keeper, etc.) for any questions, problems or issues on behalf of the plan sponsor
• Serve as primary point of contact for participant questions, problems or issues
• Conduct periodic Request for Proposal (RFP) for TPA’s and Record Keepers to ensure lowest possible costs consistent with excellent service
